VIA Outlets is Europe’s leading operator of outlet shopping experiences.

Role: Creative Director

VIA Outlets asked us to launch their first web store. The ‘bricks’ wanted to add ‘clicks’.
We felt we needed to ensure the bricks didn’t lose out to (the more accessible) clicks.

Rather than solely creating a web store launch, the campaign brings people to both destinations equally. Featuring situations where people really can’t go anywhere - they can’t go to the outlet centre - so they go online.
